Prices include VAT for orders from Germany and Spain. To orders from France and Austria the VAT will be added during checkout (respectively 10% and 7%). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without warning.
We apply a flat rate shipping cost and the shipping costs are shown separately at the checkout.
Our flat-rate shipping tax for Germany, Spain and Austria is € 4.95 per order.
Our flat-rate shipping tax for France is € 8.95 per order.
Shipping is free for orders over € 100!
All orders received and paid for by 6 p.m. Monday to Friday are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 6 p.m., on weekends or on public holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day. The normal delivery time is approx. 2-3 days.
We send our orders via the delivery company DPD. The normal delivery time is approx. 2-3 days*.

Herbalife guarantees the quality of all products that bear the Herbalife name and certifies that the products made for them meet the high requirements for freshness and purity for the customer. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from us as a Herbalife Independent Member, you may receive a partial or full refund within thirty (30) days from the date on which you received the product request us).
The refund will be made immediately to the payment method (PayPal or credit card) used for the purchase. This warranty does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
If you find any damage to the packaging, report this immediately to the post office or another carrier and file a damage report. Do not check a damaged package! If you don’t notice the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it was due to the handling of the post office or the shipping company, contact them and prepare a damage report. If a dispute with the post office or the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.
